Accenture stand at Mobile World Congress
We worked with creative agency Enigma to deliver the rigging and lighting for Accenture's stand at Mobile World Congress, two years running. The brief called for a striking, layered lighting design that could shift throughout the day as different sessions and demos took place on the stand so our lighting designer programmed multiple lighting states that changed seamlessly as the day went on, rather than one static look.
Above the stand, we flew large LED ceiling panels and light boxes to give the space a real sense of scale and presence on a busy show floor. All of it was rigged on a tight build schedule, working closely alongside the stand builders and other contractors to keep everything on track for a smooth build and de-rig.
Technical specification: Over 40 x D8+ motors on a Milos M290V truss grid, flying a bespoke rig of Martin Aura XB, Martin Viper Profile and Cameo Zenit W600 fixtures. Two 10m LED ceilings flown in 2023, and two 11m Light Boxes in 2024, for MWC23 and MWC24.

Microsoft at Mobile World Congress 2024, Barcelona
For Microsoft's exhibition stand, we built a striking LED ceiling using 270 individually controlled lighting battens, running flowing video content across the whole thing rather than just static light. It's the kind of feature that stops people walking past, visually impressive but built to work reliably for the length of the show.
We worked closely with the stand designers throughout to make sure the finished ceiling matched their concept exactly, then lit the rest of the stand to give an even, bright wash across the demo areas — no harsh shadows, no dark corners, just a clean space for people to see the product.
Everything was rigged and flown using our own motors and truss system, so the whole structure was safe, stable and ready well before doors opened.
Technical spec: 270 x Martin Sceptron 10 LED battens with Martin P3 content control, 16 x Fatrons on the booth frontage, Cameo Opus SP6, Cameo Zenit W600 and Martin ELP Profile fixtures for the wash lighting, and 36 x D8+ 250kg Chainmaster motors on a Milos M290V black truss rig.

Chilli Partners at the iGB Affiliate Show 2023
This award-winning Chilli Partners exhibition stand at the iGB Affiliate show 2023 had an amazing James Bond vibe. Designed by Concept Communications International, it was a pleasure to work on — we supplied the rigging, lighting and immersive integrated audio system that brought the whole theme to life.
Clever lighting picked out key areas of the stand while keeping a moody, cinematic atmosphere throughout, and a softly lit string curtain finished off the casino feel perfectly. Despite the stand having very little storage space, we kept the whole lighting setup running from a single laptop, so nothing bulky was needed on site.
On the audio side, a flown sound system delivered punchy, clear sound for the DJs performing on the stand all day.
Technical spec: Six HighEnd Shapeshifter C2 and Martin ELP CL LED Profile fixtures for the stand lighting, with a 3m string curtain lit using Miltec MT2 battens and controlled via a laptop with an Avolites T2 dongle. Audio delivered via a flown Nexo PS8 system with LS400 subs.
