From idea to fan zone event production: how flexibility won the day

A casual conversation at the Brentwood Centre turned into a family-friendly fan zone drawing nearly 500 West Ham United fans, all in less than seven days.
The rapid turnaround is a familiar challenge in live events: the brief shifts, the deadline doesn't, and somehow you still need to deliver. MRL Productions was brought in to provide the technical backbone, supplying a 6-metre by 3-metre screen and a complete audio system for the event. We created the perfect fan zone event production.
