CBRE approached MRL Productions for a production package to compliment their annual Quiz and Games Night in London.
CBRE wanted to hold a quiz in which the questions appeared on two, 3 metre wide DigiLed LED walls and six remote 65" screens around the venue. These questions were then answered from an iPads on each table. CBRE also held a competitive interactive car racing game using the ipads and screens.
MRL supplied networking and WiFi equipment along with a network engineer, to provide
secure and fast internet access for all of the CBRE attendees and the iPads for the games.
KV2 Audio EX10's, EX2.2 and EX26 speakers were positions around the room for the sound coverage, complimenting the Sennheister wireless microphones which were also supplied for use of the presenters and hosts. To excellerate the atmosphere of the event, MRL supplied 6 Martin ELP Profiles for an even stage wash, alongside a small stage floor package of Clay Paky Axcor 300s. Vintage Blazes and Infinity Washes.
MRL Productions worked alongside Statom Charity Ball 2023, in partnership with Rio Ferdinand Foundation, at Grosvenor House Hotel to provide a production package that not only transformed the space, but ensured their fundraising event was unforgettable success. MRL supplied three flown DigiLed LED walls, 24 boxes of Electro-Voice Line array, KV2 Audio Monitors and VHD4.21 Subs, an Extensive Lighting package and Technicians for all elements of the event. Martin Atomic VDO Dots on 4m Truss Totems alongside 320mm Sceptron 10’s ensured a clean and eye-candy aesthetic look to the stage. Clay Paky Mythos 2 and Scenius Spots, Martin Aura XB’s and Martin ELP CL LED Profiles flown in the ceiling enhanced the venue lighting lit the Ball perfectly. Lighting fixtures used throughout the event were solely control with Avolites D9 console, the perfect piece of equiptment for providing a seamless event. Entertainment for the evening consisted of Kenny Thomas, Ray Lewis & DJ Tony R, as well as Rio Ferdinand. With over £300,000 raised for amazing charities, MRL were proud to be a part of this event and look forward to working alongside charities within the future.
The Essex Police Bravery Awards at Boreham House called for MRL to supply a small set up for their annual awards evening.
We provided a carpet covered 5m x 3m stage with a lectern and comfort monitor, stage lighting which consisted of Martin ELP Profiles and Clay Paky Axcor 300s to add some movement and colour. Lighting control was an Avolites Titan Mobile.
An 85” central LED Screen, supplemented with 2 x 65” LED Screens further out in the room, showed videos and presentation throughout the event, via a Blackmagic ATEM Switch.
Audio consisted of an Allen and Heath SQ5 for control and a KV2 Audio EX system. We used 6 x EX26's and two EX2.2 Subs to provide sound coverage for music, videos and microphones throughout the venue.
